Called up to get my PS4 repaired after the infamous 'blue light of death', given an appointment less than 24 hours later on a Saturday. Dropped it off and it was fixed just over an hour later. Fantastic service from a really nice man. Would 100% recommend

Super happy with my experience from start to finish. Was easy to set up an appointment and Chris completed my PS4 issue after just over an hour. Cheapest prices out there and by far the quickest turn around.

Chris was extremely helpful when dealing with my Xbox One X. He diagnosed the issue as a manufacture fault and wrote me a technicians report which helped in exchanging it for a new one. His knowledge and advice was extremely valuable and would recommend him to anyone.

Had an issue with my PS4 and dropped in. Chris was brilliant - really friendly and helpful even though I didn't have an appointment. Diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with the console or the controllers but that the issue was with my cables.

Super efficient service and when I asked "how much?" he said that the initial diagnosis was free like it said on the website! Brilliant! Would definitely recommend and use agin if there are any problems with consoles! (Is better to make an appointment though as was a little tricky to find with all the construction going on around Victoria Square)!

Brilliant only took couple of hours if that, so- able to look around Birmingham while waiting. Can be tricky to find though. Man who fixes them was very professional and helpful. Recommend to all

Arrived in the morning and was told it takes up to 1 hour 30 to repair the console - within an hour I received a call from Chris to confirm the PS4 was ready to be collected.
The whole process was easy and straightforward.

A first class service from Chris! I rang up this morning after contacting numerous other companies who had quoted a 5-7 day turnaround to fix the same problem with my son's PS4. As you can imagine that wasn't an option in school holidays!
Chris told me to bring it in at 4.30pm and that it would be fixed and ready for 6pm the same day. Sure enough Chris called me at 5.45pm to say that it was ready to collect. Amazing service ... would highly recommend. Game Console Repair Centre is one of Birmingham's hidden gems. Thank you Chris.

My PS4 had a faulty HDMI. I called in and got an appointment for the following day. The PS4 was then speedily fixed and I got it back the same day! Great price too, would recommend and will be back in the future for any other problems with my consoles :)
