Don't even try to call a customer service if you have a problem. And even if someone answers after cca 20 min. He shall transfer your call and you will wait another 30min. So bad customer service I haven't seen ever! I am closing Bank Konto ASAP!

Scam! Avoid!
They are a Scam bank.
I made a financing credit with a credit card option.
I should normally pay maximum 4-5 euros /month , but the card option (because they said it's a credit card) it costs me 9 euros /month.
They've never activated for me the credit card, never sent me any pin even if i've asked 3 times via the phone or their quality assurance services.
They are a scam bank, not serious, to be put into court or at least sent to the Consumer protection Agency.
Absolutely disgusting!

Customer help desk seems non-existent.
- Spent a lot of time searching for their support channels! All that could be found: they would refer you to a web page, with pre-made request templates. In-person call support, in case your issue is not properly classified in their pre-fabricated templates, has been busy the few times I've tried, seems support line is not that important in the view of this institute.
- Even after filing an issue (matching their nearest template), they responded after 1 week that "due to high number of issues, my request would be processed later". After 13 days, I'm still at the same place where I was initially, scratching my head where to take my case.
Very frustrating experience so far, I hope somehow someone from support team would check on in here and responds back. Each month additional amount is being deducted from my account and all I need is a way to repay all my loan amount and close the contract altogether.

I am so frustrated with the so called Customer Service, the one you can never reach. I got Finanz but unwanted Insurance Prämie of 399,84 was added to it. I had send a written letter requesting to remove it, but in vain...now I try to reach Customer Care but they ask to type Birthdate with year inclusive, and after this it's put down...perfekt..now how and whom shall I reach. Really Frustrating..I think I made a wrong choice.

Approved for financing with MediaMarkt to buy my Kitchen, but since I entered my number starting with 0 - as is customary in Germany - Consors cut the final digit off my number so I could not complete signing. I wrote customer service twice requesting a correction of my phone number. I waited three days with no response and then I called customer service. I explained *in German* that I needed to update my number, we talked for three minutes or so, she understood every piece of information provided necessary to pull up my file and confirm my data. Then as I asked her to fix my number, she suddenly said to call back when I have a German nearby even though we were at the last step of the call at that point. I just moved here and have no German acquaintances yet, so that is not an option for me. It's an absurd request to someone that you could clearly understand up until that point. It's xenophobic. I know I was expressing myself accurately in the language, so I am certain she simply could not be patient because I have an accent and speak slower as this is my third language. Now my approval has been reneged over the delay and my SCHUFA has taken a hit all to have no kitchen in the end. Because of this existing approval I cannot get financing at another retailer so I will simply be without a full kitchen for several months. Awful experience over something so easily fixable if they were living in 2021.
