I had a call a day before with one of the service line called Samira (apology if the name is written wrong) located in Duisburg. She was really helpful and supportive and guided, explained me everything about the system app and the other things which I should know before I go forward further with the Consors Finanz. This made me really happy and thought that we still have some good institution in Germany where you never feel discouraged with such good people presence like her. Final, I would say, let's keep the culture of doing good with others and getting good from others.

I took out a €2,500 loan from Consors Finanz, with monthly installments of €62.50. I couldn't log in to online banking, so I wasn't able to check the outstanding loan balance. I reached them out in this regard several times but didn't get any meaningful help. After making 44 payments, I believed the debt was nearly settled and planned to pay off any remaining balance. However, when I contacted their customer service for confirmation, I was shocked to learn that I still owed €1,979.
Desperate to escape their clutches, I somehow managed to arrange the remaining amount and finally freed myself from their exploitative practices. In the end, I paid nearly twice the original loan amount. At the time of borrowing, I was not informed that I would end up paying back double. Had I known, I would have never taken such an expensive loan from them.
Moreover, their customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Except for one instance when a friendly customer representative spoke with me over the phone. In fact, he clearly explained the remaining loan balance. Otherwise, whenever I asked for clarification on any unclear matters, their representatives responded in a hostile manner and made no effort to provide clear information. I found their customer service to be highly unprofessional.
Based on my experience, I advise against engaging in any financial dealings with Consors Finanz.

The worst bank I've ever had to deal with.
Make sure that none of your loved ones is a client of the bank especially if they die, because it seems impossible to close the accounts, even if you pay off all the bills and do different kind of WebID identifications because they need to know their clients.
When the invoices have been paid and identifications done, no one from the bank will answer your question about how to close the accounts and get rid of the bank. It is also not possible to get an answer from the bank if you write an email to them in English.
All in all, substandard service, so I don't recommend the bank to anyone, I recommend staying as far away from it as possible.

I have already written a review about them but it keeps on getting worse.
Disadvantages
Not able to change the repayments if you would like to pay back the amount early.
Lack of transparency
the cost of changing the repayment dates and the charges are not given in the app. You need to read the 40 pages paperwork that they send you at the beginning, where it is written in small letters somewhere the charges and the interest rates.
Not good for Ausländer
Customer support doesnt speak english and the app language cant be changed to English. Good luck talking with the customer support executive. my call was disconnected today as the guy did not know how to answer or did not want to help me further.
All in all not trustworthy and i would not have any future association with them.

After being a customer for many years
After being a customer for many years, suddenly I receive overdue fines in my online banking and per post. Neither did I receive some notifications before charging those fees or is there a reason for it. Those fees are just made up to squeeze out every penny from the customer. What an unprofessional experience.
I will avoid this financial institution at any cost.

Very low credit card limit - lowest you would have seen despite providing them all details for your earning. They did not even receive application after 10 days of post Ident and called up to check on that. The communication no where mentions the customer number and i can't ask for increasing my limit because the customer number is needed. The android app user interface is to promote user to take money on loan to bank account. Quite different and poor compared to the Amazon card i currently use. Need to see other services once i use the card. may be the target user group are the poeple who would be interested in installment payments.
