Sam Marchetti was appointed as my mentor by LEO Cork North and West. His expertise is extensive and his approach is fast-paced, personable and flexible. We covered a wide range of topics in a short space of time and Sam openly shared his knowledge and experience. His strategic thinking and genuine interest in my business made Sam the perfect mentor.

I have been lucky enough to receive the guidance, wisdom and support of ConsortiaCo this year. I most noted their enthusiasm to scaffold ways for others to succeed. They made their insights accessible - using relatable examples and opportunities sto apply the knowledge into small and achievable action steps. The 1:2:1 supports my company received were also of immense support and two words stand out for me - innovation and kindness. It's seems to me that Sam and Audrey go over and beyond when working with their clients, driven by a genuine desire to life others up! The world of business (the world in general :-)!) is lucky to have them!

We are a small Social Enterprise and we reached out to Leitrim Development Company for support. Sam Marchetti was appointed as our Mentor. We have found Sam to be most helpful. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and goes way beyond what is expected off him. He introduced us to Stakeholder Mapping and we saw our business in a new light, full of growth and potential. Sam introduced us to his colleague Audrey and together they assisted us in creating a Sustainable Enterprise Action Plan and gave us lots of tools to assist us, such as a Project Scoring Template, Skills Gap Analysis and Funding Points to be aware of.
Their Capability Management and Resource Training were invaluable. Audrey was always very helpful and delivered all information in a concise, easy to understand manner, with lots of free templates for us to adapt to our own Social Enterprise.
We would have liked more time with them both but they gave us lots of extra time and advice. We would highly recommend them in the future.

I just finished a 6 week programme ' Women Entrepreneur Capacity Development' offered by Cork South LEO and delivered by Sam, Audrey and their expert guests at ConsortiaCo. I got so much from it - it's very unusual to offer a perfect blend of business support and personal wellbeing, recognising their essential connection. Sam and Audrey are passionate and highly knowledegable about the material they present and so willing to offer extra tips and resources wherever possible. It gave me food for thought at each session. I was very impressed by Sam's in-depth knowledge of a wide range of topics covered in The Toolkits for Wellbeing workshop. Unfortunately, time was limited but there were many gems in the course that are worth exploring. Excellent visual examples to explore terms that could have been hard to grasp otherwise.

ConsortiaCo's approach to collaboration and knowledge sharing is refreshing and reflects the changing dynamic in society that is pushing to be more sustainable, collective and systematic. Highly recommended.
