Despite the challenging location, delivery was efficiently coordinated outside regular business hours and arrived promptly. The installation crew proved to be a pleasure to collaborate with.

Working with the Tom Forester & Jake Tucker CPS Constant Power Services Ltd engineering team in a FAT factory acceptance test of UPS equipment in Milan. We was treated to an experience first class from start to finish of our trip. The entire trip was executed in a professional many from pick up from my house to drop off .
I can honestly say the trip and testing was a superb experience and highly recommended others to attend if purchasing equipment from CPS Ltd in the future and would like to thank Tom and his team a big thank you from myself and lee Crisp Spc Technical Ltd .

We found ourselves without a UPS and I cannot praise CPS enough for working hard to make sure we had a new UPS in place in the shortest amount of time. Everybody I dealt with at CPS were committed to getting this job done. I cannot thank them enough.

We needed some advice on our system soon after installation, not the UPS itself. We received excellent advice and service from Constant Power Services, their Field Engineer was here next day and really helped us understand the best settings for our requirements.

Once again, absolutely no issues and a great service.

Clear information from the get go and very reasonable lead time.

Commissioned and signed off with engineer who was punctual and knowledgeable on the systems.

I've been dealing with CPS for several years now, working closely with Ben Lee and Steven O'Brien with them doing are maintenance for all are UPS units and the recant installation of 2 replacement UPS units done over the weekend .As we work at a critical healthcare establishment and had to have the 2 units replaced as soon as posable from the initial enquiry right the way through to the install the transaction was smooth and hassle free it was not an easy install, the hole team that turned up for the works were extremely professional and it was an absolute pleasure having them on site. Absolutely amazing company providing the top end of customer service. Ben and steven are a credit to the company and i look forward having them back on the next install

Early afternoon call for a critical event. Engineer arrived by early evening and resolved the problem with replacement parts. We were then back in operation and it was exactly the service you need in a sticky situation.

Linda was helpfull and supported the requirement on time in full.

The UPS service was scheduled in front. The service engineer attend the site on time. He complete the service and reported the UPS faults he sorted out in details. The service engineer left the working locations in good order.

Delivery was as arranged and well packaged. The only issue was we were 1no item missing.

Delivery to difficult site, was arranged out of normal working hours and delivery arrived in very timely manner and the installation team have been great to work with.

I have enjoyed working along side CPS for the last 9 11 months. Their engineers on the whole are very helpfully and committed to their projects.
I have worked mostly with Craig Marais. Craig is very knowledable on the topic of UPS and this helps in the process of managing the projects with him.
