The online processes do not work. After signing up for service, I got an email stating that a welcome package would be emailed to me and would include plan information, account information, etc. This never came. I had to go to customer service to get my account number and access to the online portal. The online identity verification process also does not work. It is unable to process the scanned picture of the back of a DL.

I recently renewed my contract with Constellation. I have not experienced any problems or concerns. I found that their rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Constellation to others.
