2 month before you process my request in that time I switch companies for a lower rate. You then proceeded to continue with my application that you were late in processing and now charging a must higher rate. Very deceptive practice.

It typically takes 1-2 billing cycles in Connecticut to change from your current supplier to a new one because the utility must approve the switch request. Billing error
I signed up for Constellation even though the rate was higher than my utility company’s rate because they offered a $75 gift card. When my welcome email did not reference the gift card I sent an email to confirm I would be receiving it. The email I received in response indicated I would not in fact receive the card and that my enrollment was canceled. I just received my electric bill and was billed by Constellation for the higher rate.
