the offerings I choose didn't come up

the offerings I choose didn't come up. I choose .15KW and winded up with other plan. Tried to cancel and was told not able to. I looking at cancellation and paying the fine

If you signed up for a plan, you do have 3 days to cancel your contract in Texas and up to 90 days in other states. If it is beyond that time period, you may be required to pay an early termination fee based on the state you live in. We have sent you an email requesting more information. Service is ok I live in a 1st floor…

Service is ok I live in a 1st floor apartment my bill goes up and down I’m used to a 50$ electric bill I just recently got a hospital bed so I’m hoping my bill won’t go down I’m on as and a disabled vet I’m 66 so I have to keep my bills down

The change in your billing process

The change in your billing process, made it difficult to determine why my account wouldn’t work. When the young man that I called took over the process, he explained everything to me and the new URL that had to be in the subject line so that I could get to the appropriate billing process. He fixed everything and showed me where I needed to be going on my computer to pay the account. Also, there is no transparent way to determine what you’re getting with your so-called bonus points or whatever it is to know where you can go to redeem those.
