I originally applied for my card in…
I originally applied for my card in 2022 which I did not receive, due to this my test documents expired after 2 years. I had redone my test paid addition fees up to £120 now. And now I have waited a further 6 months, while chasing every week they continuously have told me 2 weeks every week with their apologies. I have now demanded my money back which I have yet to receive. I will be attending their office if this doesn’t get refunded promptly.

We were not fully operational in 2022, as you have mentioned applying during that year. Additionally, we have no record of any payment made by you. We do not charge £120 for any test or related service, and this amount does not match our pricing structure.
If you believe you have made a payment to us, we kindly ask you to share a valid invoice or proof of payment so we can investigate this matter further. Without any record or documentation, we are unable to verify your claims.
It appears there may be some confusion with another company of a similar name. We respectfully request that reviews be posted only after a genuine experience, as inaccurate reviews can mislead customers.
We take customer satisfaction seriously and currently maintain a 100% fulfilment rate for confirmed clients
