Total joke DO Not Use. I sent all appropriate paperwork for my card and no card. I have numerous emails requesting my card, called them to be greeted by a recording of them not being able to take any calls. I've been totally bumped. I've been chasing them since last year and silence.

Do! Not! Use! This! “Company”! I wanted to update my CSCS Card to reflect my new job. Explained what certification I had and was told that would be fine. Paid the money and a year later and countless email/phone calls I was told it’s now gone on too long and they don’t have to give my money back. I hope we cross paths one day Construction Help Desk I really do.

They operate in India and have a po box in Ipswich. They take your money then its just a series of lies. Goto ecs website, not a 3rd party

Scam company. They take your money for courses but don't book them. Go to your bank and raise a claim against them. We did and got our money back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I can not believe how this company is active and working in UK. They all the time lying with me. I have all their emails to prove that.
Big disappointed from them and I do not know what should I do now, If these type of companies are working in UK, then big question on the system.

Construction Helpdesk are joke the last thing you will get is help.All they do is take your money and give you nothing in return. I have been waiting over 2 months for cscs card,they don't reply to emails ,don't answer phone calls, they just take your money. Do not use if you want to receive any product.

I paid 122 GBP to them for CSCS card and safety test in April 2023, the original price was almost half of that.Furthermore after passing safety test still they are not paying fee for CSCS card, neither replying my emails nor replying on phone. Each time they are telling new story and they almost waisted my FOUR months and still I did not get anything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS FRAUDULENT....they try and take out 2 payments rather than one complete payment without permission and for an ridiculous figure. ANYONE who wants a course go to C I T B it's official. The rude staff hang up on you once payments are taken...they refuse to let you speak to a manager, put you hold for over 30 minutes and hang up and the courses are over 50% cheaper elsewhere

This company are appalling, no customer service, do not know what they are taking about, did not know what my course covered, tried to cancel and was advised NO REFUND DUE wish I had read reviews before booking, they do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. I have also reported this company to Trading Standards.

Absolute scam ,'never booked me on for an online day course which cost me a days wages . Told me a month ago they had all my paperwork and was applying for my card. That never happened . Just lies after lies.Absolute scumbags.I will now have to spend more money and apply for the card today and wait again. Please don't use this company.

DONOT TRUST LOOKS LIKE MODERN TYPE ADVANCED SCAMMERS.I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ECS CARD.WHENEVER I CALLED THEM ALWAYS 5 -7 WORKING DAYS YOU WILL GET IT AND ITS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS STILL WAITNG FOR THAT 5 -7 WORKING DAYS

After paying massively inflated costs of £133, I was left with no support. Numerous unanswered phone calls and unanswered txt messages, voice messages all to no avail. Not one phone number working. I had to apply for the card myself and cost me an additional £36.
What ever you do, stay clear of this company. Its all about money money money, no service.

I want all my money back because they have done me no favours. Its strange how they answered all my calls before I paid, now nothing. Go direct to the CSCSonline website, do not use this Help !!!!!!

Only care about the money, had a test on the 30th failed by one mark phone up to rebook booked me in for the 4th then 3 days later phone let saying that’s slot is booked your test is now on the 27th I then also fail that by 1 mark so I phone them asking if it’s possible to appeal the fail considering only failed by 1 mark twice, but they couldn’t care less about helping me I would not recommend using this service and just connect CITB direct for a testing

I found the whole team at construction helpdesk extremely approachable and easy to deal with.
I have also recommend them to two of my friends for getting there CSCS card.

Scam company, look on companies house . They charge for something that you won’t receive plus they won’t give your money back . They have been reported to tradings standards

We were looking for CSSC card renewal. Check with lots of company online but due to pricing issues and support issue's. I have booked from my cscs blue card renewal through constructionhelpdesk. They help me with the complete & detailed information. Finally i got my cscs card now.. thanks.
