What a fabulous company and a cracking website with a wealth of information at a very reasonable price. The website is user friendly and the documents were immediately available via the free account and were emailed to me as well. They went above and beyond when I needed a doc. that they didn't have, one quick phone call and voile it appeared in my inbox, couldn't ask for a better service! Thanks guys you saved my bacon!!

Hi Andrew, your review really surprises us. Can you please explain to us why the HSE do not accept these? COSHH Assessments are in word format and fully editable and can be adjusted for your particular activity, but I would say 99% of the controls on the document would be accurate. Having further reveiwed your business, it seems that your business sells chemical products, therefore what you would need is to provide Material Safety Data Sheets (Not COSHH Assessments) for your customers. Please contact us directly if you require any help on this.

Hi, sorry to hear about your issues with the document. We have checked the document and it works ok with word. What we will do is, convert your document to an older version of word and will e-mail you over a copy. It's probably because you are using a very old version of word, or there is a technical issue with your PC. We could have rectified this issue for you if you would contacted us sooner. We only found about this issue with this review. Thanks.
