I can honestly say that construction products gave 5 star excellent service from ordering to delivery, the web site was easy to navigate and have great products. I had a question about my order and within minutes it was answered and I was reassured, great service. The items I bought (acrow props) are top quality and a fair price. I would recommend this company to all. Received with thanks.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feedback; however, we have to advise when we feel the review is unfair.
1) On the listing, it advises that Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
2) You placed your order at 3.24 pm on Monday, 9th March.
3) Nowhere does it state overnight delivery. It does, however, state next-day delivery (If ordered before 12 pm)
4) Your order was collected from us on Tuesday, 10th March, due to your order being placed after 12 pm the day before.
5) Your order was delivered and signed for at 9.40 am on Wednesday, 11th March. So your order was delivered on time, as we state in the listings.
Normally, we would accept negative reviews. However, due to us being a small company, reviews such as this really damage our hard work and reputation.
If you are willing to speak to us, we are happy to have a chat to try to resolve this.
