Poor transparency on thier selling pages

When showing the choice of Revision purchases for the Citb H&S, the Website fails to tell you that the Download is not for phones or Tablets and only PCs.

When you book your test for 10 days time this is unacceptable if not notified clearly on purchasing the website just states download immediately.

I also recieved an email saying there was an issue with the download section at thier Company.

All very unprofessional.

Nobody to answer the online chat and nobody to answer the phone.

Also Over charges for Citb booking at £45 ( £65 with resit option) when it's £23.50 at the Citb website itself.

I'd give this company a wide birth you can get all they have cheaper on Citb.

My payments to this company are still pending and these are the issues already.

I am awaiting them to clear to activate the dispute with my bank.
