So terrible experience.
The business behavior on the call was very inappropriate-the lady was so pushy. I said no to the offer but she kept repeating "I am helping you" & "Why". When I told her I wanted to talk with her manager. what is worse, the manager also didnot want to hear any "No" and directly hang up my call. He said he was in that industry for 19 years (Stefan, I could spell the name wrong!). He said he would call me back and guess what? Of course it never happened. How could it still in the industry? and all energy companies, pls choose your agent carefully if you really want to win the market!
