The consultant clinic owner is the definition of a narcissist physcopath she really is like woman you see on serial killer shows !!! Even before her using her platform to bring someone down again and has now took it to the point she has made a mother a qualified practitioner attempt suicide this narcissist reply will send shivers!!!

She needs to be fully exposed anyone who works for her you should be so ashamed !!!!

I went to the consultant clinic and they botched my nose. I had filler migrated on one side of the nose and they made me pay to correct it. It still looked awful after the second time.

I went to visit another aesthetician who was wonderful. I would never go back to consultant clinic. They are rude and money grabbers

Bullies , they think there above anyone else in the industry, they have taunted and humiliated a lady to the point she has tried taking her own life don’t put money in there pockets there supposed to understand mental illness but instead they mock it

You claim to be a medical professional. I would love everyone to report you to the governing body! You are a medic yet you slander a young lady and her work to the point she has tried to kill herself and is in a critical condition. Shame on you! As a medical professional you have a duty of care and you should be more than aware of how serious mental health is!

Offer support and help not bully someone to the point they try take a life!

I have never been to this clinic but after seeing how unprofessional they are on social media I wouldn’t want to! Fyona the owner has told people she is a Nurse, an ENT nurse a mid wife and most importantly a mental health nurse? Well first off she’s non of the above and you can check on the nurses and councils register aswell her name is nowhere to be seen. And secondly this clinic has actually caused another practitioner to commit suicide today due to their relentless online bullying! And Fyona is supposed to be a mental health nurse? YEAH RIGHT. It’s a shame you can’t buy some knowledge, class and professionalism with all the money you’ve made from lying to your clients about who you really are. Shows over.

Not a very nice clinic. Their work is questionable as they like to photoshop images and delete any comments that don’t fit their narrative. They bully people to no end, make fun of mental health even after pushing someone to hurt themselves. Please avoid

After seeing their behaviour on social media bullying a girl to suicide, I would not be making an appointment. Disgusting and arrogant.

a young mother who unfortunately had a complication with a client has been relentlessly tormented and bullied online by this company all over social media
She tried to take her own life this evening and now is in critical condition

The owner ffyona who likes to bully non medics in the aesthetics industry, isn’t even a medic herself . Let’s leave that one here

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I went to the consultant clinic for lip filler and tear trough filler. The practitioner told me they couldn’t do my lip filler as already had filler in my lips (which I couldn’t feel & had been Injected 2 years prior)

I was told I would need to pay £150+ to have the original filler dissolved.

Of course I trusted the dr and the clinic so paid and had the original filler dissolved (which I now believe was a reason to get more money out of me)

When I returned just ONE week later to have the new filler... the Dr didn’t even remember me!!!!! He asked me the same consultation questions and couldn’t even remember dissolving my filler one week prior!!!!

I also had tear trough filler and didn’t notice the slightest bit of difference.

I also was Waiting around 30-40 mins past my appointment time on both occasions with no apology for the delay.

This clinic is OVERPRICED & have treat every patient like a number.

Wouldn’t return
