Everything was 1st class
Felt pushed to particular provider
Conversation started off really well, talked about different providers, lots of discussion regarding BT. I honestly thought I had agreed a plan with BT, and then realised TalkTalk was being mentioned so I queried that & was told that BT would be installing the system. After that I felt everything was being rushed so I wouldn't change my mind. I was concerned because I have friends that had problems with TalkTalk. A couple of days later my current provider called and negotiated a better deal than the plan I already had with them. Trying to cancel TalkTalk proved extremely difficult, I spoke with 3 different call handlers and couldn't understand any of them. I eventually resorted to messaging via Facebook and got confirmation that the contract was cancelled.
Great advise

Nice fella I spoke to on the phone! Don't like pushy people but this guy was very professional changed my broadband within hours got a email from talk talk saying how sorry they are to see me go! So really a quick transition got me a great price saving me £16 p/m and will switch over to new broadband provider within 2weeks well happy 😊

Polite but quite pushy and not always giving you the best offer initially
The gentleman and lady I spoke to were very polite, however they tried selling me a more expensive broadband package even though I told them what speeds i needed and that it was finding the cheapest provider at that price. I was then transferred to someone else who was very insistent and tried getting me signed up to a slower speed package, kept being very insistent and to be honest it was hard trying to get him to leave me alone, especially after i mentioned 3 times I want to think about it.
