Was a bit dubious about using a company to claim my PPI, However I must say this company have been excellent ,good quick communication without harassment like other companies.
One company turned my claim down but CRS fought my corner and I was compensated .I do know they take a percentage of the compensation ,however I did not find it too bad...……. Have been recommending CRS to my friends and colleagues.

It took a lot longer to arrange the refund [initially they said about 3 months but it ended up being more like 10 months] and once it came through, their commission [or fee] is set at 24% of the value, which seems an awful lot [they got £2500 of my refund]. Their rate is stated in their T&C's but I hadn't noticed. There's not much else to say really, they got the job done [something for which I wouldn't have known where to start] and the delay was probably not entirely of their making but that plus their fee was nonetheless frustrating. Hence only 3 stars. I would still recommend them but would also recommend seeing what other organisations charge for the service first.

Abdolutely no hassle and non intrusive process. Recommended by family member. Some initial paperwork which was straightforward. They keep you informed by post which is what I selected so no annoying phone calls and they turn around any ppi due so efficiently. Highly recommended. Excellent customer service. Like so many other people I didn't think it was worth it and I got a couple of hundred pounds I wasn't expecting which was a bonus!

CRS mailshot prompted us to apply through them for PPi refund. Theywere professional, thorough and found unclaimed PPI that we did not know we had paid.

When I applied for PPI through CRS I was very sure that I would not qualify for any repayment. I honestly could not remember being sold PPI as it was about 15 to 20 years ago - I was just not sure. However I filled in the application forms which CRS sent me and posted them off. After a relatively short time, about 8 weeks, I began to receive refunds from my credit card companies and Lloyds Bank which totalled several thousand pounds. I could not believe it but it was true. Yes I had to pay CRS their commission of 20% but they deserved it. They were very professional and provided me with a lovely windfall. Well done CRS.
