I found CRS to be very helpful, kept me informed and up to date and efficiently managed 2 successful PPI claims for me. Without them I doubt that I would have received my repayments.

Just decided to send off the form to the company not expecting to have any PPI but what a great surprise when they found numerous policies we didn't know we had they did everything very professional and helpful brilliant company

Efficient, great feedback about where the claim was, thorough, took the strain out of claiming and knew exactly what they were doing. Money paid directly into account and easy to transfer payment to them. Worth the 20% fee as they found money which I would not have thought was due to us.

The Consumer Refund Service was very efficient and took all the work out of the process. They were very clear about the different steps to be taken and were available for any questions.
There was form filling to be done but it wasnt lengthy.
They were also clear about the payment for their service in the event of a successful claim.

Fantastic Service and no hassle

I used Consumer Refund service and they worked so hard on my behalf and I actually got back 2 lots of PPI, one i did not even expect to get as i thought I had cancelled it years back.
They never hassled me into using them and they never called me or pushed me. I would totally recommend them, in fact i have to lots of my friends who are using them now.
Use this service, but act quick as time is running out
