What a horrible experience with two…
What a horrible experience with two agents this morning. I was ready to enter a DMP program and called to ask a few questions before pulling the trigger.
One question was a request for standard DMP contract language and any additional disclosures. The second was about rates negotiatedwith BoA. Both agents were very rude and told me that they had no standard language and couldn't share any terms until AFTER I was in the program.
I don't know about anyone else, but I am not entering into a financial agreement or contract without understanding the language up front.
