Where can I start… After racking up a load of debt for an ex partner, and having to start again on my own, I couldn’t cope with the monthly repayments of my debt, plus keeping on top of my normal expenditure. I came across Consumer Choice on Facebook and reached out. I initially dealt with Simon and Luke and they have both been brilliant! None judgemental, and although they both must be dealing and working on dozens of cases for people, I felt that they were dealing with me personally and gave me a great service. More so in the last few weeks I have been dealing with Luke and he is Amazing! Can’t recommend enough, he knows his job and is extremely thorough! He has just helped me to secure an IVA so I can be debt free in 5 years, feel like I can start again and wipe the slate clean. It’s been tough but I’m out the other side. Thank you Luke and team

After reaching out to a family member about my financial situation and some careful research, consumers choice were highly recommended, my debts were totally out of control and I didn’t know where to start to find a way to regain control and to find a way out of such a difficult situation I somehow found myself in. I contacted consumers choice and my 1st telephone call was with a guy called Simon, after that I was speaking to Luke, they set up a what’s app group for the three of us to communicate, I honestly felt from day 1 that I was being helped by family and friends as the 2 of them were so kind, considerate, honest and caring and on top of that they have so much knowledge and are an absolute credit to consumers choice. My plan is now active, Simon and Luke have contacted all of my debtors and I now have to make 1 affordable payment every month, they literally did all of the hard work for me, something I could of never achieved without them. If you are struggling then please please reach out to these guys, I felt embarrassed and ashamed but they put me at ease within minutes, they can move a mountain from your shoulders, their hard work for me is done but they are keeping our what’s app group active incase I ever need them for any help and advice. Before contacting them I’d never felt more helpless and alone, I now feel like I’m part of an army with good people behind me every step of the way. I got myself in quite a mess with credit cards and loans,, I kept thinking about asking for help,, I kept putting it off, thinking I would be judged or no-one would be able to help me,, I was working just to meet minimum payments, then I saw their advert on Facebook every one was asking for info so I did too,, that was one of the best things I ever did,, Simon got back to me almost immediately, he called me and immediately said he could help, he's so professional and friendly and a down to earth guy he put me at ease straight away,, I then dealt with a guy name Luke,, another great person to deal with, feels like I've known these guys for a long time lol, Luke will go above and beyond to help you!
