Avoid this company! They’re only interested in your money and won’t stop calling from random local numbers, even after repeatedly asking them to take my number off their list.

What a rip off. I signed up for 3 months and they keep billing you afterwords. Trying to get you to sign up for more bullshit that dosen’t work! Avoid at all cost

Charged me $1,699 to do a website , and I thought they would charge. $99 a month thereafter to maintain it.,, that was 4 months ago .., only a particle site and zero communication with them
This last month. I just found out they been charging me $99 a month for four months .. so far I have recieved nothing and not getting any call backs.,, guess I’ve been totally scammed. I originally called a guy from word press to help me with an issue … he referred me to these people … a few years ago I pd $400 to the same organization and got zero out of that too. Should be a class action suite if this is happening across the board .., so sad they would take advantage of people needing help .., take their money , make promises and not deliver ,.,

Whatever you do Don’t use those service. They lie to you. They tale months to finish a website. They tell you it will cost one thing and in the end they double the price. This is the most incompetent group of people i have ever worked with. I finally got a website up
With them after 3 months and then was forced to pay them $70 a month to host it. But im at their mercy. They caused me to lose my first website and now if i dont pay $70 a month ill
Lose this site. They ste impossible to reach and are only available during regular work hours. Do not use them. They are the worst!!!!

i agreed to hear the salesman's pitch from a cold call. He called on a ghost phone, hid the real number, and after 38 minutes of his pitch I told him that I will think about it and due some research on the company and boy did that piss him off. He wanted to close the sale for 3 months and about $1,000 right then and there without letting me talk to my staff or anything. Then he got real pushy, i mean arrogantly pushy, and insulted that I would not sign the contract right away. I told him i had to do some homework on the company and he started talking about how people leave bad reviews just on spite, and I told him I found those bad reviews all over, but he said any company had bad reviews. Then when I told him i had another meeting, he insisted I speak to him "manager" who was monitoring the call for the last ten minutes of so. So he added someone on to the call to listen in and maybe record it, without telling me? He was pushy as hell until the end. I told him i am away on a trip for a week or so and he then said i have to sign now or the first call discount will not be available. That is when i decided that they were a scam company and he was just a scumbag salesperson, If I didn't sign and pay right now, the prices would go up and he couldn't do anything to help me.
Warning, stay away from them, very pushy sales call, very arrogant salesperson, and I am not sure they really do anything because what he showed me was all made up crap.

This company calls me everyday. saying that they are trying to reschedule a appointment to look over my website visibility. They are getting on my nerves.

they kept taking payments out of my account - i called them about what was going on- then they cancelled my account - by the looks of things they copied my old advertisement - TOTAL LIARS & SCAM ARTISTS--- BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES

I called upon Consumrbuzz to promote my Etsy site. Find and develop my key words, all the things you need to do to promote a site and drive traffic. The first one on one with a human was nothing more than a sales pitch for more advanced work, build a web site, pull away from Etsy they said, and keep the money you make. Foolishly I signed up only to have a horrible jest at a landing page full of reference that I made clearly not to put on the site. I attempted to contact the seller through their e-mails but after 4 tries no response. Finally a call comes from them only to tell me they do not give refunds.
This (company) has many actions and ploys that the big scammers have; bait and switch, your word against mine, never make contact where you can prove what they say, only phone calls. AND deny any wrong doing.

This company is trash. Beware they made all these promises they could connect Google voice, nothing. They could get you on the first page of Google, lies. They would update all directories, nothing. 6 months paying them, I'm worst off now than before. Terrible company, just Terrible. I had them build a website.thet stole my company Name.

When working with Allison she is extremely helpful and patient and she goes over and above to help you get what you need, so I hope the next time I have a question that I can contact her knowing that I will get the best service possible.

Just got a call wanting to improve my google listings. Not real sure this company is legit. Not saying they aren't but how do you know ?

Ok I dont think this company is terrible I think they dont match reps to companys properly. We are happy with the web site but haven't heard anything about the changes we asked for. This being said I have changed review even knowing they didnt refund the service we didnt get

Been 9 months now and no complaints! Not sure why the negative reviews. They've been a game changer for me

They stole my money set an appointment never kept it I demanded a refund even cut my account off at my bank they screwed my bank account up they are worthless do not use them all they do is steal your money and don't do anything for your business do not do business with these people they're con artist they're fraud they even called me up to tell me they're giving me a refund they're going to set me up a website they haven't done anything for me but take my money and never call 100% con artist

I got started with a phone call for Google listing and thought that was a good idea. After paying the couple hundred dollars fee, I didn't see any new accounts. The listing somehow got to Consumrbuzz and phone calls started and More fee's. After spending over $800 dollars, I sent an email and cancelled all services and monthly fees. They continued to draft my account, so I had to change my card. They even tried again last month June 2025 to hit my account again. As of today, there has been no new accounts or a single sale of any product from what did with Consumrbuzz, I turned it over to my bank and got a letter saying legit charges. I'm sending my emails that I sent to CBuzz and appealed their decision.

This company is a waste of time and money. First they were really about selling you a website yet when you just want some help with a page they represented themselves as working with Google Page, it was a complete farce. Don't use Consumer Buzz for anything, you will be sorry you did and can't get rid of them as they say.

Same as other customers I also can only confirm that this is a scam. They promise you with $ 500 to get more exposure and then you have to follow their rules. Be aware to cancel asap before they keep on charging you every month.

This has not been a very good experience. The representatives are very considence/pushy and borderline harassing. Just today I was contacted 10 times. 4 Text messages and 6 back to back phone calls. I have repeatedly ask via text and via phone to not contact me anymore and they continued to do so. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I WILL NEVER WORK with this organization again nor will I recommend this company to any small business, .

They just never stop calling. Absolutely a scam and wont take you off their call list when asked.
