The staff in different departments are doing reasonably good job

The Contact Solar team were great. They fitted the solar system quickly and even went into the crawl space, under the house, to run the main cable, so it is out of sight. The installation was completed to a high standard and they left the property tidy, with no mess for me to clean up. I will certainly be recommending Contact Solar in the future.

the administrative side of the company leaves a lot to be desired, questions asked or dates requested had a tendency to be passed from one dept to another which obviously extended the time , however the fitment team were very good, that said after a few issues they did reduce the cost by £400. However now i am trying to log onto the system and the sunsynk app is a absolute nightmare, it states i am registered but then it states i am not when i request a password reset. then it locked me out for trying to much. i now have to wait till 14 april for a online helper...it is the 10th

Very good system and App, prompt installation and good follow up, quite a lot of info which is to be expected but might benefit from simplification, check sheet or emails that contain history and follow a single trail, all in all I’m happy with the whole system

Can't fault the solar panels but the scaffolding company they used caused considerable damage to my property. They assured me it would be remedied but over 2 months later and I am still chasing. Regretting using this company now as it's becoming a major headache.

Installation and set up was very professionally handled by all the teams but still awaiting any contact from EDF the energy provider on how to access the appropriate tariff following installation.

Good workmanship from a very pleasant team. A pity they had to come back to finish the job when they forgot two PV panels and the bird protection. They would have got 5 stars

Contact Solar themselves have been very easy to deal with and helpful, unfortunately the sub-contractors let them down and installation was prolonged. When brought to the attention of Contact Solar they addressed the issues immediately.

We had a training session with Jack, who was very experienced, helpful and supportive. Answered our questions and explained things well. We are very pleased we went to contact solar for our full solar system, very positive experience.

Coming upto a year since Contact Solar Install of panels and batteries and the only issues we've experienced were either sorted extremely quickly or were completely out of Contact Solars control, i.e. local grid system overvoltage issues. Don't like to give reviews to soon after install but I can sincerely state that all stages of pre-sales, install and after-sales process proved to be extremely efficient and exacting. I asked lots of questions, which were expertly handled and felt reassured throughout.
We have not had been in touch with Contact Solar for 6 months as there has been no need, but 100% sure they would be available to assist if and when required, now and in the future!
