High end manufacturers for contacts offered, fair pricing and coupons for repeat customers offered with email notice sign up. Shipping always prompt. Have rarely received some defective contacts, but those were always replaced upon request. Plus they keep yearly prescriptions on file for ease of ordering.

PERSONALLY FRIENDLY
I needed to send my contact script into them. I clicked that I would text them. However, I then emailed them and I received the quickest personal reply saying no problem text vs email order will be updated and I had my contacts by the end of the week. Best price without the 'HIDDEN' SERVICE FEE PER BOX which is so stupid!!!

When you called in our agent advised you of what the prescription should have been according to the prescription that was attached. Notes show, you gave permission to match the order according to the prescription you had uploaded to the account. Since it was a valid prescription and you had given permission to change the order, we fulfilled accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Best pricing around - 15+ years!
I've been using Contact Lens King for more than 15 years now... why? because they typically blow the competition out of the water. In fact, when I've told each of the different eye doctors the pricing I get, they typically don't believe me and then say "well, we can't match that pricing". Always Fast at getting my shipments out too.

I was scammed into giving my email and phone number at the start of the order to get 10% off, but after all that, the code I was given didn't work. Poor customer service and makes me not trust this vendor.

On the signup form, there is a disclaimer clearly stating: this coupon cannot be combined with existing sales or promotions. Also, on the website, under the cost of the item, it stated: this item is on sale and no further discounts can be applied. Again, I apologize you were unable to use the coupon on your order however, you received the products on sale and as it states on both the signup form and the website, no further coupons can be applied.

It was easy to do the order
It was easy to do the order. One issue was to do a replacement time; however, I put 365 days but the prescription may change by then. Did not like to have to place a reorder date.
