Une leçon douloureuse que cette entreprise doit apprendre. D’habitude, je commande mes lentilles de contact aux Pays-Bas et elles arrivent le lendemain. J’ai changé pour cette société en Belgique : ils ont pris le paiement sans fournir de date de livraison. Après une semaine, je les ai contactés pour demander un remboursement. Gardez à l’esprit que je suis à Bruxelles. Cela n’avait ABSOLUMENT rien à voir avec l’action syndicale de BPOST. Il s’agit simplement de ContactLenzOnline : cupides, incompétents et arrogants. NE LES UTILISEZ PAS.

Verzending volgende dag = niet correct, dienstverlening nog wat veel werk aan
Verzending volgende dag = niet correct.
Eerder bestelling waren niet al te vlot, maar 1 week was aanvaardbaar.
Nu bestelling geplaatst op 24 juli. Geen reactie van verzending na 1 week. Mail op 2 juli, met wel een snelle reactie: 'we versturen morgen'. Telefoon op 4 juli met een geagiteerde dame. Uitleg externe firma, leverancier, ... . Goed we zijn nog geen stap verder en de dienstverlening is op minst gezegd voor verbetering vatbaar. Geen fijne ervaring
