Agim, du sa till mig idag när vi pratades vid i telefon att vi måste häva ditt avtal på grund av att du inte har råd med alla abonnemang du har köpt från olika aktörer. Det är givetvis tråkigt att du inte har råd med tjänster du har valt att köpa men det kan rimligtvis inte vara någonting som vi ska stå till svars för? Många företag, inklusive oss själva, köper ibland tjänster som man sedan av olika anledningar inte önskar ha kvar längre. I det läget får man säga upp tjänsten och så betalar man för den tid man har kvar på avtalet. Man ringer inte till företaget som har sålt tjänsten och skäller ut dem för att man inte har råd med tjänster som man har köpt!!?? Jag hoppas du håller med mig i det resonemanget? Att ge ett företag ett dåligt omdöme är en ganska allvarlig sak! Andra som läser detta får en väldigt skev bild om hur vi fungerar som företag. Otroligt orättvist!!
