Frustrated customer
Here was my experience ordering contacts for myself and my daughter.
Pros: The ordering process was easy. The price was fair. Their customer service person was polite and spoke English.
Cons: I didn't receive the correct Rx for one of the four boxes. They said since I had already opened the box that I couldn't send it back to receive the correct Rx. They didn't offer to send me the correct Rx. I paid over $600 for four boxes of 24 count contact lenses. Each of my eyes has a different Rx. I received two of the same Rx. So, at least I will be able to use the ones they sent. I will have to order more for my other eye. It is frustrating that they don't own up to their mistakes. I rechecked to make sure that I ordered the correct Rx s. The mistake was in their warehouse when they packed and shipped the wrong Rx. It also took a while to receive the order. So much so that I began to wonder if I had been scammed with a fake company. Thankfully the company is legit, and I did receive the order. I ordered on 3/6/26 and they were shipped on 3/19/26. So, just keep that in mind if you need them quickly. Add another week for USPS and there is a 3 week wait to get your order. There is no free shipping with this company and if they mess up your order, they will want you to ship it back to them, unopened.
