You get what you pay for…
Figured I’d save a few bucks and try this company. Wow what a mistake. Obviously you get what you pay for. Weeks and weeks of delivery date promises. No communication unless initiated by me. Delays getting return emails and annoying AI customer service agent. Have requested a refund. We’ll see how that goes. I’ll be going back to Kits.ca

We are sorry for your experience. Please know that Kits is about 10-25% more per product than we are on almost all products. We may be smaller (and family-owned) but we are cheaper. Sometimes, based on national weather (for restocking purposes) and other factors, we can be a few days later than the multi-million dollar corporation Kits, but we are a better company in so many other ways (donations, bigger discounts and a far more ethical company, no foreign investors, all our profits stay in Canada, etc.). In any case, we wish you well.

Quick ordering process
The website is super easy to navigate. The pricing is fantastic. Only thing I did not like was the shipping length. I ordered on 12/19/2025, order shipped on 12/23/2025 and delivered on 01/05/2026. I understand that it's the Holidays, but the fact that they are on the West coast gives longer shipping delays.

Great first experience – fast delivery and correct prescription
This was our first time ordering contact lenses from ContactsForLess.ca, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The order was processed quickly, delivery was fast, and the lenses arrived well packaged.
Most importantly, the prescription was 100% correct (Acuvue Oasys Multifocal), and the lenses are comfortable and exactly as ordered. Customer service was also responsive and helpful when we had questions before placing the order.
