Tricky Move I didnt like
the price was right however they did a move that kinda made me feel like I was tricked and I believe it was in purpose to prevent returns ... basically I received my order open like the individual outer boxes were opened then there was a paper inside the package in full bold font saying "no returns on open products" basically for them to prevent returns they trick you with that now you basically stuck with it if the quality doesn't match the description ... thats aside the contact lenses a bit annoying at first but you get used to them, and they are cheaper quality but you get what you pay for so I understand.

Jamal. Your review is very misleading to be honest. First - no one is tricking you. If you order a product that was incorrect (not what you ordered) then you receive a full refund (even if you opened them). If you order a product and receive the correct product and you end up wanting to return it after you open it, you cannot return it. This is true with every single contact lens seller in Canada. Also, if you bought cheaper contact lenses, that is a choice you made. We sell all of the top brands, and if you are buying a product to "try them out" then of course you not going to get a refund if you use them and then want to return them.

Contacts where great..but 2 out of 4 boxes where open when they came..so don't pick canada post when you ship..took a bit long to ship since I had a specail prescription..id recommand site..il reorder when mine are done..

We have had random cases where Canada Post workers must be opening products (and sometimes stealing products) and have complained very loudly to them about this. The competitors know we try to do this, so they watch us closely and then lower their prices to try to beat us by a dollar or two.
