I have absolutely loved using Contactually. It is extremely useful for me to be able to type my conversations with my contacts as I have them. Then I can quickly reference back to those conversations right before my next contact with them. The birth dates and anniversaries are super handy for me to have so my clients see I am interested in them for more than just real estate deals. Thank you Contactually for making me look so good.

Better than most CRMs for high-touch work
Much better than a traditional CRM for highly personalized relationship management, particularly email outreach for sales or nonprofit fundraising. The 'ScaleMail' tool is worth its weight in gold.
