Horrible ! in the website is saying no additional costs I've paid 169 euros and received a bill of additional 300 euros don't trust don't hire . No explanation customer service is a nightmare this is a dishonest company in all of the senses just use to charge you the same "fine" look all the reviews below .My mistake don't check the reviews previously .

BEWARE & DON'T DARE!
AVOID WORKING with this company and DON'T fall in their cheap prices!! I wouldn't even give a one-star, but this is the min rating here.

I paid 160 EUR for a 6m3 container and they charged me an additional 300 EUR penalty fee for 3-4 plastic bags on the very top which has been thrown probably by the neighbors last minute, just before the company collects the container.

They don't bother to ring the bell or call you to warn you there is an issue with the container content, but in 1 hour you receive the hefty ticket on the back of the terms of the agreement. They are only fast in sending this.

They will never see me again!

Anyone who sees this review, please do not continue to consider ordering any container from this company. Not only do they provide poor service, but the quality of the goods is also substandard. They did not deliver the container according to the stipulated time, and when they finally came to take the container away, they were very out of time. The container does not have a lid, which means that everyone can throw trash into it. But at the same time, they have regulations that the container can only hold the specified types of items. This is simply phishing law enforcement! They can take this Opportunity to give you a hefty ticket! I browsed the evaluation of this company on the Internet, and found that apart from some meaningless compliments, the service of this company is simply terrible. I even found that some people had the same experience as me. After they took the container back, they received a ticket from this company, and something inexplicable appeared in the container in the photo. So this is their usual tactic. It's shameless!
Their customer service responds very slow. At the same time, their company has two external public relations systems. Obviously, their young employees are aware of the imperfections of their company's system, but experienced employees will speak out for the benefit of the company, saying all kinds of things that are contrary to their conscience, and looking for reasons. This leads to two completely different answers to the same question. Believe me, this company can do anything to make money!

I give 1 star only because I cannot give 0 star. It is a cheating company. A company cannot be worse than this. You shall never use this company for anything.

I ordered 2 containment for different types of trash, one for tiles and one for everything. I took care of the containment all the time, I threw rubbish according to the rules.
After the container is returned to the company, I got a fine from the company and they said I have thrown something wrong in the container. I checked the picture, I saw a plastic chair on the top of the tile container, which is not mine. I don't know how that happened, either my neighbor threw it, or the company threw it to cheat my company. Why it is on the top of everything and there was nothing on it before they pick it up? And they can easily remove it but they didn't. I highly doubt they do that on purpose.
So I made a phone call to the company. The guy who answered the phone agreed that the system of their company is wrong, he will ask his boss withdraw the request. However, I got an email which threatened me to pay the fine and said it was all my fault. I was trying to communicate but they don't really listen to me. a few days later, they asked incasso to spam me with a lot of letter.
I don't know how this company don't feel shame of themselves. I just hope no one else is going to use this company anymore.
