They just look so fake. I was so looking forward to these flowers and I really really wanted to love them. But they look so very fake from even across the room. Not good quality at all in my opinion.

Reply from Contempee
Dear Hannah,
We’re truly sorry to hear this, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment—this is absolutely not the experience we want you to have with Contempee.
We completely understand how important it is for faux flowers to look realistic, especially when you were so excited to receive them. If you're open to it, we'd love the chance to make it right by offering you an exchange for a different arrangement from our collection—something that better fits your expectations.
Gorgeous flowers and colours.
