I think this site works with different writers. Sometimes they are good, sometimes not and as a client, That’s scary. I think you should work like EldoWriters where they will only take the work they are 100% sure their Experts can handle and That's why they are among the best.
Beware before signing up
Beware before signing up, they offer a free trial, but it isnt a free trial in the traditional sense.
You need to pay upfront and then request a refund.
Which I suppose would be ok, if you could actually get a response from support.

In agreement with the previous reviewer…
In agreement with the previous reviewer - absolutely skip. Reviews elsewhere warned of lost articles and my intent was simply to write a test article, topic provided, and they stated I hadn't claimed any test articles. Untrue. After following up with the contact, who 'found' said claimed test article, stated that payment would occur waiting two days via PayPal.
I hadn't received approval or payment for the test article and followed up again. This time, the contact included a supposedly preexisting email dated the same timeframe and date as our previous conversation. I never received it. Meanwhile, the rep stated that they wouldn't be moving forward with my application. Keep in mind that I've written eBook reviews for Kindle titles for three years plus published blog articles. I'm doubtful of the pay for the finished test piece. Best laugh (not) I've had all day!

Site is absolute garbage.
Said I was to receive a trail period, and asked for a card on file. Instantly charged me $400.
Tried to cancel account, no way to cancel other than to speak directly with a customer service agent, during the limited hours they are 'open'.
Reported the charge as fraudulent to my CC provider. This site is scammy AF. All their positive reviews are from content providers, ZERO from actual users.
Absolutely skip this one.
Happy Writer
I write for this platform, having tried four or five of its rivals. It provides a decent rate of compensation, plenty of preferred writer jobs at higher rates, and a regular stream of work (so much so that I regularly have to turn jobs down). The briefs provided are usually thorough and clear and support are quick to respond to queries and problems. Very much recommended over terrible sites like iWriter and Constant Content. I suspect buyers get a decent deal too.
Writer Review Time!
ContentFly has been one of the most humble, inclusive, and fun content writing experiences I've had. The work is flexible, and 99% of clients are great.
John is a rockstar. If you have a question, concern, etc., he and his staff are ready to respond. One of the better groups for which I have written. Thanks, guys!
Life Saver
When the pandemic made me realize I could not sustainably continue working in the public in a job I no longer enjoyed, I decided to become a freelance writer. I applied for the position at ContentFly and just a few weeks later I had been accepted as a writer. I have been able to learn and grow throughout this process and I now have regular clients that I truly enjoy working with. Writing for ContentFly barely feels like work and I can now say, I love my job!
I've written for ContentFly for about 1…
I've written for ContentFly for about 1 1/2 years. I appreciate the steady flow of work. There is no quota like some companies require from their freelancers, making it easy to adjust my workload as necessary. I receive work from several sources and it ebbs and flows so flexibility is nice. The compensation is fair, especially for not having to deal directly with clients. the briefs can sometimes be a little scanty, but I get very few revision requests, so I assume clients must be happy with what they're getting. Plus, there are several clients who regularly request me as their writer. I like that feature because I can provide more in-depth content (and the pieces are easier to write) as I become more familiar with each brand. Recently, they've been adding a lot of features and revamping stuff, which is making things easier and more streamlined. I would definitely recommend them to other freelance writers.
Don't wait any longer before submitting your first brief.
Trust some random company to write content for me? That sounded a bit bizarre and wild for me to adopt. Yet, with a simple brief (and Content Fly) provides the templates, I was able to create a content machine for me and clients - I LOVE this company. Pros: Everything is well built on software. It's simple to navigate and talk with the team.
Cons: If you want to talk to a person over the phone, probably not the ideal service. They may do phone calls but they manage everything digitally really well! :)
A Great Place for Content Writers Anywhere
I have been a content writer with ContentFly for almost two years, and my experience has been nothing but great!
Besides the fact that the pay rates are more than fair, the support and wide range of writing opportunities are exceptional.
It is rare to find a company that puts the needs of both their customers and writers first, but ContentFly is one of them. They quickly resolve any questions or concerns, and are very prompt with payments.
If you are looking for a place to expand your writing skills and partner with a solid company, look no further than ContentFly!
Your secret weapon in content marketing for ecommerce
Contentfly provides the leverage to be highly competitive in ecommerce without the budget for an in-house marketing team. I have come to rely on them for well-researched, well-written SEO content for my brands.
Contentfly is Quick to Respond to Any Question/Concern
The best part about Contetfly.com is their customer service and quick response time. I have received answers to my comments/questions within 15 minutes using the chat feature on the site.
I LOVE this service
I LOVE this service! I've been searching for content writers for what seems like forever! Every one I've tried has left me needing to rewrite the content myself. Who has time for that? And who has money for that? You'll love this service as much as I do so don't hesitate to sign up!
High Quality With Affordable Pricing
The process is easy and the quality of work is great! I've used similar services and this is one of the best while still being affordable.
An ideal platform for freelance content writers
I write for ContentFly and have been doing so for 2 years.
I've enjoyed my experience because I get to write for a diverse range of clients and get paid a viable rate.
Moreover, the support team is highly responsive and flexible. While they definitely prioritize the satisfaction of the clients (as is necessary for this business), it's balanced perfectly with advocating for the writers. They're also transparent about any blips on the radar (e.g., technical glitches or problems with response time).
Lastly, unlike A LOT of ad agencies and other similar platforms, they're prompt with payment. Writers don't need to hunt them down for compensation.
I primarily deal with John and Dan, who have only empowered me to perform TONS of work and expand my knowledge-base and skillset as a writer.
High-quality and ease of use
ContentFly really strikes the balance between high-quality content and ease of use. I've been with them for quite some time, so I can share my two cents on the process:
If you really like working with one writer (e.g. they get your style and tone of voice), you can ask to work with them in the future, so your content requests aren't being randomly assigned. I've frequently worked with regular clients.
As a writer, it's extremely helpful when clients fill out all the content brief details: target audience, style, and samples. It's the best way to make sure that writers create content that fits your style. In general, ContentFly's briefs are pretty comprehensive and you get plenty of room to explain what your content should be like.
When it comes to support, the team is really helpful and makes sure that both sides (writers and clients) are happy with the process.
P.S. The free revision system works. If you feel like a writer just didn't get what you want from your content, you'll get a revision. If you'd like, you can also get a different writer.
All in all, I can sincerely recommend ContentFly. And if you're not sure about something, their support team will be happy to help out!
Communication and quality are terrible
Update: Writers do not have access to their ratings or an explanation. As a writer, I've repeatedly requested this information and have never received a response explaining my rating. So ContentFly is outright lying, I'd be happy to provide screenshot proof. They are also outright lying about how they distribute client's orders. I've literally seen the queue and spoken with other writers about the process works. Even their notification emails state that orders go out to several people, I can provide proof of these also. How sad that they think a username here would register with their company. Obviously, I've worked with them under another name as my name as a writer and under a business name as a client. Rest assured, I have the correct company and review platform. It's unprofessional of them to resort to personal insults in an attempt to discredit my anonymous review. Just further indication that this company isn't one worth working with. Also, it's super shady that you three reviews spanning a year before I wrote mine. Now in the week after my review, you magically have 7 five star reviews all from accounts with one to two reviews. That's a clear indication of you manipulating your review.
The communication with this company is non existent. They don't respond to email, ever. They have a secretive rating system for writers that they claim is based on writing quality, it isn't. They won't tell writers what their score is or why, so there's no way for writers to improve. What this means for clients is wildly inconsistent content for their website. You aren't assigned a specific writer or team of writers like they claim. What really happens is your request is dropped into a pool for anyone to pick up. Then good luck getting targeted and useful content. Thanks to the vague briefs they give the writers you'll get generic fluff.

Great customer service
Really prompt, supportive customer service, which is such a joy to find with online creative services. Good writing too—we've found the best success with detailed briefs and requests for specific types of references. Easy to use dashboard. I've occasionally requested revisions (which are free!) and have always been happy with the results there too.
Great service so far.
