Sports hall fit out
Order placed for sports hall equipment on two separate sites with agreed dates for installation and completion. Arrived on time but did not complete some items had been mis-measured Struggled to get a return visit date rom them to complete the installation. Approximately 5 weeks later they eventually returned. Still items mis-measured. Had to put myself out for them in order to complete the install by working on a Saturday.
Still items missing to date. Still chasing every couple of days for answers. Management ignore emails and were rude when I spoke to them. We are the customer who receive very poor customer service.
The only positive I can give is that the guys installing were very accommodating and professional.
