Scheduled for a dishwasher delivery and install from Costco on a Saturday. We stayed home all day. They didn't show. Called them at 4. They said they had emailed us to reschedule for a Wed, we weren't available on Wed and we did not get the email (not in spam or inbox) They scheduled a week later for a Monday. Sent an email to cancel.
It's been two weeks. They suck.
I ordered a dishwasher from Costco and the delivery and install was to be done by this company. They never showed up and when I called Costco they were told that the company had left a voice mail the day before to reschedule which was a lie. They never tried to contact me and I sat around all day waiting for them to arrive or call or email or something. Terrible service. And when I try to call them directly they don't answer the phone. Costco needs to find another installer
