I only give them two stars because the product - Shuttle Pro - has functioned relatively flawlessly for almost 15 years. But they updated their drivers and now it doesn't work at all. I'd reinstall the old driver but it's not available. I've emailed US support three times, no reply. They NEVER answer their phone...you're always next in the queue until the recording tells you to file a case via email. Very frustrating.

I was asking You many times for help to install the driver on my new mac. No chance to get support . Till now I cannot use the mouse .., or not any more …

I had a tricky problem with RollerMouseRed. After a while and insistence on my part finally the solution was found. I am so glad!

I had a problem with the Contour keyboard, which was solved to my complete satisfaction by the customer service.

The contour mouse made my wrist pain go away. Prompt and very professional customer support, solved my issue in record time + very fast delivery, I cannot recommend it enough.

All questions swiftly answered - and additional hints given, even though my RollerMouse is a very old version. Thanks!
