My shipment was missing a book. I tried to contact CTC 3 times and no one responded

Class is relatively boring with long modules. You all could have someone reading the slides with less of a southern dialect. I'm from the south too. We don't all need to sound like we speak with gum stuck to the roof of our mouth. Overall a generally boring class with minimal information. Add some real world examples. Problems to go over. Actual estimating stuff rather than just talking about estimating or bidding. It's all the same with these two hour elective courses. They don't teach any real world knowledge.

Great course with a multitude of resources and practice tests for each book, plus simulated exams! If you’re looking for a course, this one will certainly have you prepared to pass the test!!

I wish they would've made it clear that you cannot be in a parked car for the meeting. I travel for work and the requirements were not made clear until the meeting started. I read the emails that I received and tested my zoom settings ahead of time. They could've easily included the camera and location requirements in those notifications.
I understand driving not being allowed and trying to create a focused environment for class. Please make the stipulations that go above and beyond that clear ahead of time.
They did let me reschedule but the other times are far less convenient.

Presentations do not match books that go with it. I’m not even sure if what is in the training program is applicable at all and I can’t reference many of the information in the book.

current test not even close to prep
prep tests didn't help without good test strategy which i knew and you did remind me (thus 1 star)

All the questions were the exact same after the first day. I feel like I paid money for 35 questions when I know there are more on the exam I should be ready for.
Clarification After Response: The amount of questions on the MHIC is 58, not 55. I was referring to the amount of study questions provided by Contractor Training Center, which accumulated to 37. Based on the amount of potential questions on the actual MHIC exam, I felt the small amount of questions provided was subpar. After taking the actual MHIC exam, I can firmly state, this program does NOT properly prepare you for this particular exam.

I paid for the continuing education, took the class and the test. You have not turned that info in to the VADPOR. They have no proof that I have 3 hours of continuing education to renew my license.
