Bought this shirt and hat combo and was impressed by the stylish design. Packaging was super neat and kept everything secure. Quality feels solid and well-made. Price seemed reasonable for what you get, considering the cool design and craftsmanship. Definitely happy with this purchase.
Horrible, horrible, horrible… products AND service!! Please save your money and time. First, when I ordered I was not informed it was shipping from Spain and would take over three weeks to get here. Second, when I received the shirts I was appalled at the quality- they’re not even screen printed! They are cheap vinyl that will likely fall apart when I was them. I make shirts as a hobby with vinyl, and I know I could have made them better. I was so upset I paid so much per shirt for poor quality. And third- this is the worst part- they forgot a hat from my order. When I mentioned it to them, first, their customer service was all over, bouncing me around with generic answers. I told them if they forgot it, to refund me because I did not want to wait another three weeks. I couldn’t- it was for an event and the original three weeks was already cutting it. Another three weeks would have been too much. Then I asked if it had just been shipped separate, thinking I would receive it the next day (assuming they shipped at the same time). They said yes and sent me shipping info- HOWEVER, in the shipping info you can see they only fulfilled the order after I pointed out it had been missing and I told them not to bother if they had forgotten and give me a refund. They wrote back it was logistical issues, and I called B$ because it was fulfilled, FROM CHINA no less, once I pointed out their original mistake and asked for a refund. They have dodged any demands at a refund, and so now I am trying to post this warning everywhere I can… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
