I found this on google and sent off for repair, the service was slightly slow but the controller finally come back. I inspected and saw no issues at first and tested the new button, this was fine and no issues, I go to use the Dpaid and found that 2 of the directions were now not working, I sent this controller with 1 fault and come back with another...
I emailed and reply was slow but asked for a video which i sent. they stated that they will return and check it over. I asked if they had tested the controller and they ignored this!!
controller come back and still not fixed they stated that the controller was checked and no fault found...
after an email they said they will refund me and week later still nothing!
so now have a broken controller

Was skeptical at first. Communication wasn’t great, didn’t know what was happening however the controller is in perfect condition! Had really bad stick drift before. Would recommend

Couldn't be happier with the outcome. The shipping process was really easy with a pre-paid label and the whole turnaround was under a week. These guys fixed my controller when so many other companies refused to because it was modified. Really appreciate what they did and it was a really reasonable price too in todays market. They answered quickly to messages I sent and returned the controller quite quickly too. Can’t thank them enough.

I was a bit wary at first, but everything was fine. Controller came back with no stick drift and working bumper buttons, all in only a few days. Will use again! 👍
