New way to steal money!

New way to steal money!

They pretend to be a good company on Instagram but once you order you find out this company owns it and its just cheep Chinese tat that's not worth the £20 you paid.

Not only did I not get the product I ordered I got a cheap fake, with no boxing!

Don't buy things from this company!

I will be reporting them to trading standards for what little good it will do!

A Rip Off

Please guys stop buying anything from these people's they are a rip off.... You are going to lose your money and then be stuck with a product you can't use. Please pass the word on to your family and friends. They got an 85 percent of bad rating

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND FRAUD

DO NOT ORDER THIS SHOE RACK FROM THIS VENDOR!!!! I ordered this rack about a week ago, and as soon as they debited the money from my account they sent me an email cancelling the shoe rack order, but refused to refund my money and has not responded to my emails or my request for a refund. Because the rack was advertised on Walmart's website, I have contacted Walmart and Walmart's Management has not refunded my money or returned my calls. This company is falsely advertising availability of a shoe rack item that they know is not available for order, then holding in to the money collected from the consumer's account! They committed fraud by taking my money for an item they don't have in stock! I am upset because how can they debut money from my account and keep a hold on my money for an entire week, for an item they can't sell me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

They are a rip off

They are a rip off. I bought a gazebo from them via sears online and it was the cheapest piece of trash to put together. The screws weren’t bored correctly some were even blanks. The metal was cheap aluminum when they said it was steel. The screws bent the aluminum metals and broke. So I asked for my money back and now it’s a hassle.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUGHT A PRODUCT VIA WALMART.COM AND BOUGHT THE WRONG ITEM, $41.00 VALUE AND FOR A REFUND THEY WILL ONLY RETURN $16.00. tHIS IS STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

I experienced this company through Groupon

I experienced this company through Groupon. The product that I ordered, and paid for stated that my delivery was for March 13th via USPS. However it is March 16th and I have yet to receive the product nor were there any updates when I attempted to track my package. Of course when I attempted to contact the company or Groupon for a refund there was not only no way to contact the seller i.e. phone number or email there was a disclaimer of all sales are final and no refunds. I say that this company is a major failure and the lesson has been learned. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Customer service is wonderful

Customer service is wonderful. Needed to return an item. Emails were answered promptly. Return shipping label was provided and a refund was issued within 2 days of CB receiving the item.

Purchase was made through Walmart. We don't usually purchase items that cannot be returned to the store due to the hassle of the return. Not so in this case. We will definately make an exception for CONVENIENCE BOUTIQUE and use them again.

Thank you for standing behind your product. Your sales team members are an asset to your company. We will definately be back as customers again.

My 83 year old mother bought a Vida XL…

My 83 year old mother bought a Vida XL wooden dining table with 4 chairs on Sept.27th , 2019 . She paid a little over $349.00 dollars . Table arrived damaged .Originally bought through Walmarts 3rd party vendor . Convenienceboutique will not even contact us after leaving several messages and email for a refund and a return mailing label . I will not pay to return damaged goods. This is my mother who is elderly . Horrible ! company SHAME on Walmart too !

I purchased a kitchen cart online from these people and after they emailed me confirming the order, I called them because they did not mention when the piece would be delivered. I called on Monday, on Tuesday and on Wednesday and "conveniently", all the inboxes were full so I could not leave a message. Also, nobody would pick up the phone when they are supposed to answer between 8am and 5pm. Then I email them asking them for a delivery date and they replied saying: oops! what you ordered is out of stock but we can upgrade you at no extra charge...

They never mentioned giving me my $100 back, just sending me something else which I did not order, so I called PayPal and they escalated the claim. Now I have to wait for them to put the money back into my account. Meanwhile, I have no cart and I am out of $100.

This company is sketchy to say the least.

This company is a rip-off they falsely advertised items knowing that you have to trust what they say .I bought a gazebo they claimed was originally priced at 3599.00 on sale for 1380.00 I thought it was a good deal the Gazebo was made by the Barton Co.afyer some research I found out that this gazebo never sold anywhere for 3599.00 in fact I was told that the item sell for 929.95 almost everywhere.This company refused to take the item back unopened and basically told me too bad we don’t price match.the very worst thing about this ordeal is this was all on the Sears web site Convenienceboutique is a Sears 3rd part vendor Sears has done nothing good luck talking to someone there.Please help put bad practices like they do.Do Not Buy From Either Business Thanks Rick

will take your money

I bought a massage chair from Convenienceboutique and within 5 mo it caught fire Convenienceboutique will not warranty it or help get it fixed to bad for me buyer beware the chair has a 1 year warranty from who no one knows stay away at all cost

Same company as others... just as bad as them

This company is a sister company of a compnay that I have had a very bad experience with. Their policies are the same as affordablevariety.com. What they have written on their site and what they actually do for their customers are two vastly different things. STAY AWAY
