I have been very pleased with Convertica's CRO work for our brand. I wasn't sure what I was actually going to get. It took many months to test out many options and in the end we tweaked things I would not have been able to address on my own with any real data. They were exhaustive in their testing and in the end the updates were very well done, esthetically bit also from a performance perspective.

They communicate regularly and were very responsive when we were doing updates to our site and needed to coordinate.

It's all very intangible yet you know that the value was there.

Spent several thousand with this CRO company over a span of several months,

all they did was change the placement and wording of a trust badge that was originally already in my site. They kept testing the trust badge over and over again. They did not provide any other ideas or expertise for increasing conversion.

Total waste of money, its amazing on how they have only 5 star reviews on trust pilot and not a single bad review.

I was very impressed by how specific and to the point Convertica was in their audit. They really don't beat around the bush and they provide you with clear objectives that will improve your conversion rates and provide you a return on your investment.

If youve listened to Kurt in podcasts, 1. You know he is the real deal and 2. CRO is a journey that requires experience and patience, certainly something i dont have running a high growth business. I love the idea of CRO and would love to do it, but this is something to leave to experts who can identify the low hanging fruit and get your conversion rate up. Mine was doubled in 1st 3 months.

I was skeptical to work with this company, they work remotely, accessing my web site from foreign countries and I paid money in USD and had no control on whether they would deliver or not. Like any web site developer, you get the good, the bad and the ugly. These guys are the good. Ayumi kept in communication with me the entire time letting me know what they were doing. Every stage of the CRO process they kept me informed through email. Due to the time zones involved, I would wake up in the morning and find new changes that were agreed upon. I would go to bed and the situation repeated. They took my amateur developed web site and made it professional looking and improved the customer experience. They fixed a lot of the problems with Woocommerce cart and check out pages and used white hat programming techniques that actually improved performance. I had no problems with security and watched the progress on the web server. Can't thank them enough for taking the time to work on my site. This experience has made me think differently about trusting foreign companies in different countries. Look at their trust score on Trustpilot, I looked at their ratings before I engaged them.
