Some of the worst communication and…
Some of the worst communication and customer service I've ever experienced.
Truly awful experience from start to finish. Ongoing problems with the apps, and inexcusably bad communication via eMail. Like STUPID bad and incompetent.
Was finally able to figure out that they have a live chat feature on the order page and was ultimately able to get my many, many issues resolved via live chat — while still dealing with absolute incompetence via eMail.
If you're a developer and understand apps and code this might be a good choice for you. But if you're new to all of this be warned — it's WAY more complicated than they make it sound and they provide you with NO support at all. NONE.
Publy.app saved my bacon multiple times by addressing all of the things that Convertify wouldn't, couldn't, and didn't give any useful instructions on how to do.
But if I ever have to develop another app, I'm looking at every other option before dealing with Convertify again.

iOS version will not be accepted by…
iOS version will not be accepted by Apple. Convertify will tell you to change your website to get it accepted. The problem is Apple will not accept these kind of web-apps and convertify knows this. So they sell a product that is actually useless. It cost us time and customer trust as we need to rebuild the app with different means now. Don't waste your time and money.

They use pirated /unlicensed software tools to sell online in the backend and provide a defective service or no service after collecting payment, and no proper way to reach them or locate them. It also steals the credit card information of users.
This is with reference to the disputed transaction for USD 30 and USD 45 Dispute. Please find the dispute form attached for the necessary refund and action against them. (PopServe Media Ltd. from Argentina)
