Written by the company

Convexity Coaching partners with trading and technology firms to unlock sustainable high performance from their neurodivergent talent. Traditional executive coaching often fails neurodivergent professionals, not because they lack ability but because conventional coaching systems weren’t designed for how non-lineal brains work. Convexity’s approach is fundamentally different and grounded in real-life experience and understanding of how neurodivergence impacts executive functioning. We coach individuals in understanding how their ADHD and ASD brains actually function and build systems to work with their brain, not against it, resulting in sustainable high-performance and reducing chances of burnout. We work with organisations who understand that neurodivergency can be a gift and an edge and who are committed to moving beyond surface-level accommodation to genuine integration. Through individual coaching, team consulting, and leadership training, we help firms create conditions where neurodivergent professionals excel consistently, without burnout.

Unlock your full potential with Cameron

I really wish I knew Cameron earlier in my career. He is a wonderful person and coach. He helped me tremendously in learning about my condition (ADHD) and how to cope with difficult situations in my daily work and life. Cameron is bright, patient, empathetic and methodical. I would really recommend Cameron if you want to become a better version of yourself.
