Conveyancer.com.au accepted my job and set it up on the app. I also sent them documents in relation to the job. All was fine to that point. Then, hearing nothing from them after two months, I followed up with them by email and on their 1800 number. No response to either.
Finally, after more than three months' wasted time, I received my only ever email from them, which was to inform me they were unable any longer to undertake the work in my State. This despite the fact that conveyancer.com.au's website still maintains that they operate in this State.
A complete waste of time and productive of considerable stress. Conveyancer.com.au were unresponsive to the customer, unprofessional, and even misrepresented their business locations.
