I had a really positive experience with Wayne during the initial stages of my conveyancing process. He was thorough in explaining all aspects of the quote and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions, which made everything feel much more straightforward and reassuring.

He was also just really easy to talk to — professional but with a bit of light humour that made the conversation genuinely enjoyable. We even had a bit of a joke about him not being outside enjoying the warm March weather, which made the interaction feel more personal and relaxed.

The whole process was smooth with no issues at all, and Wayne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
