Great customer support
Andy Eleftheriou was a great help in setting up my file with JP Goldman.
Due to an error of my own I ended up with a second generated quote directly from the solicitors higher than the original cost discussed with Andy. I raised my confusion via email late in the evening and Andy rang me back immediately despite the time to ease my concerns and reassure me the original quote was the correct one. Thanks Andy!

Do not use - wasted a month before booking an alternative
Carbon Law did nothing for a month and then claimed they could not act due to my mortgage being with Nationwide which they had been told in my application. Repeatedly ignored phone calls and emails from myself, estate agent and other solicitors. Had to appoint alternative solicitors. Awaiting refund of file opening fee and deposit

Josh was fantastic from start to finish. I don't have time researching and went to get some quotes online. Josh was the first one that called and checked that the quote generated was correct. Also gave me some great pointers about what to look out for and how to be best prepared! Buying a property certainly isn't easy but my conversation with Josh opened my eyes.
