Convoy is a great community, with a range of activities to support wherever you currently are. The guest speaker sessions are really interesting, its a chance to get alternative perspectives which is really quite unique to Convoy. Some of the people I’ve met have been brilliant and I've even found a coach through Convoy who I would never have engaged with if it hadn't been for Convoy.

A fantastic concept, brilliantly conceived and implemented. The different support structures available, from individual ‘convoys’ to networking opportunities/professional insights are a great way of staying focussed and sharing experiences. Highly recommended and congratulations to Christopher and the Convoy team for all you have achieved to date.

Convoy is without a doubt an incredible help for anyone looking for a job. Christopher is incredible - really recommended.

I was only with Convoy for a very short time so can’t talk too much about my experience, but I did really value the few meetings I had and found Chris’ advice to be amazing. I was at a particular low point in my job search when an ex-colleague suggested it to me, and it really made me feel better and gave me a boost of confidence.

Great community, genuinely free at point of use, i donated because i felt i had gained value, but you don't have to.

Joining the Convoy Community is a real benefit for any job hunter. The group is full of high calibre job seekers all in a similar situation and all offering their support to one another. I found it tremendously helpful to be able to chat with these professionals about my situation and use their knowledge and life experience to get ahead of other candidates. Also, with lockdown, job hunting can be a lonely and fruitless task. Being part of a group like becomes something to really look forward to. I'd certainly recommend joining.

It was really helpful to have regular accountabiliy when job hunting and tolearn from other ages, expertises and sectors.

Convoy has provide structure and support to the job hunting process. Working with others in an agile manner ensures you remain accountable for your actions and progress. Thank you to the Convoy community for your support. The added bonus is I have made some great friends.

I've been fortunate enough to have been a member of Convoy for almost the last 3 months. Convoy has been an integral part of my job search. Through Convoy I've met some truly wonderful people (including Christopher Ross!) expanded my network & received great support (in various ways - Whatsapp chats, daily accountability meetings, weekly catch ups & guest sessions to name just a few!) Convoy is a great idea, a supportive community of people going through the maze of job searching. Tips, help, hints and support in a friendly community. All very well organised and with weekly access to great speakers and coaches. Highly recommend

After a year of doom and gloom, I joined the Convoy Community in early January after it was highly recommended by an acquaintance/fellow job-seeker in an esteemed outplacement services community.
I booked an introductory chat with Christopher about my situation and joined the Entrepreneurs Convoy since I wanted to start my own consultancy given the dearth of jobs due to the pandemic.
I was no longer feeling depressed or stressed after joining the e-convoy as my fellow convoyers supported me at the daily stand-up meetings, the weekly retros and guest speaker sessions. The Whatsapp groups were buzzing and the networking was really good.
Although I ended up getting a permanent role and moth-balling my consultancy, I would really recommend any job seeker or wannabe entrepreneur that is struggling or feeling lonely to join the Convoy Community, where you will feel welcomed and supported by like-minded folks until you reach your target destination.
Kudos to Christopher and the pioneers who started this awesome Community.

A fortuitous accidental Zoom call turned into a 3 month journey of very fulfilling personal development and growth. Convoy is all about people. Convoy helped me a lot finding strength back in job search. Job seeking is a very lonely work, I am so pleased being advised and joined in Convoy.
It is extremely helpful if you are on the journey finding a job, converting to an entrepreneur. They have even established the new 'rock with a new job' group to bundle the members who got the job to stay connect within the community.
