Very mixed feelings they did resolve the problem
my order said it was on the way. The orders were placed on the same day and ended up coming almost a week apart. I tried to get in touch with service on line and by PHONE and nothing worked. I placed a post on line on line about what happened and the rest of my order arrived the next day. I LOVE their products but MAY NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN because of what took place. I spend my money and expect to get my order what they say its coming. Note they sent me a very nice email to resolve the problem and I WILL NOW USE THEM AGAIN !!!!

I really like a pair of pants from this company I bought secondhand. I purchased the exact same size in multiple different cuts and they’re both shorter and of inferior quality. They work but I was hoping for something much higher quality.

Poor Delivery and Customer Service
I love your products, but repeatedly your items are “out of stock” or it takes 2-3 weeks before it ships out and then 2 weeks to get to me. This has happened 3 times now on 3 different orders where I wanted to wear something I had specifically ordered and couldn’t! That’s not OK. Please don’t offer items when they are repeatedly out of stock.
As for your customer service, it’s is awful and offers no help. You need to have people on staff that can handle requests and who understand emails and answer the phone or at very least RETURN CALLS!
