This bakery is by far without a doubt the best that you will ever find. I know my cookies and I’m one of the pickiest so at first I was skeptical. All I can say is you will not be let down, lied to and the cookies always makes it in a timely manner. If you have any questions all you have to do is ask and the staff will kindly answer and address any question or concerns you may have.

Amazing chef! A few hiccups with the first cookie order but came through in the end. Always replied to my messages but make sure to have a little patience. The cookies are quality and like no other you’ve ever had before. He’s a master of his art and a busy man. He’s got my business from now on!

I've been ordering Cook13s from this bakery for almost a year now, and I'm consistently impressed with the quality of their products. They use only top-notch ingredients, and it really shows in the finished product.

The shipping is usually very fast, with orders arriving in 3-5 business days. My very first order even went through a hurricane and arrived on time! However, because their products are so popular, they sometimes experience a backlog of orders which can lead to a slight delay. Additionally, there can be occasional hiccups with the postal service.

Once, I had a bit of a hiccup with an order that got lost in transit. The bakery was understanding, asked if I could give it a few more days, no problem I said. A few days went by and no Cook13s, so I let the bakery know and they sent out a replacement order, messaged me the tracking info, and apologized for the inconvenience. Well, tracked shipment from the bakery, to my local PO, tracker said out for delivery; got all excited, I was going to have Cook13s for dessert that night! Got home, but no Cook13s, was so bummed… no clue as to who or what had happened, except that they were just not there! Let the bakery know and I told them that these things happen and not to worry about it. Needed a break from Cook13s anyways, was starting to get fat;)!

So, a few months have gone by now. Reached out to the bakery for a menu and placed my regular order. Cook said hi and asked if I ever received or found out anything about the missing shipment. No sir, nada y nada, but will for sure be using a different address for this order. So he goes above and beyond by doubling this purchase as an apology for the inconvenience and as a thank you for my patience. All good things…!

Despite the rare uncontrollable shipping delay, this business has earned my trust with their commitment to quality and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable bakery.

Every order from the Amazing BAKERY that produces fantastic COOKIES usually better then the last has ended with a compilation and a TOUCHDOWN every time no run around and you know what your getting Everytime. Glad I found this BAKERY with great customer service, no need to look else where!!

Been ordering from this bakery for about a year now. Large variety of goods, but I always stick with my favorite. The customer service is on point and am always notified if my delivery will take longer than expected. I love the occasional discounts offered. I’d kiss the baker if I could!

I could not be any happier with Cook13! I just received my 4th or 5th order and each time it has been handled extremely professional and the cookies are hands down better then anything I have ever gotten in my town! I was nervous the first time I put my order in because I was scammed a couple times previously by some of the others but it was the best decision I ever made when it comes to my favorite cookies! The price is unbeatable, the quality is the best, and the service is excellent! I really do not have a single complaint which is rare these days so if you have been wondering if cookie monster is the real deal and if you should make that first order- my answer would be WITHOUT HESITATION 110% YES try it for yourself and see!

I love Cook13! I’m not gonna lie I was a big skeptic back Jan/feb 2024! I found him and started watching and observing for months…..he’s the real deal! I’ve ordered cookies at least 4 times and every time have gotten my product! Always on point actually above point haha! Much cleaner than the garbage cookies in my town. Its well worth the wait I promise!
