Should be called “Crookes” storage of Stratford upon Avon very unprofessional, they apply late charges after only 3 days then when you move out they deduct further charges from you refundable balance although your all paid up and they don’t give a valid explanation just laugh it off over the phone .. my unit was broken into and property broken and stolen …..terrible self storage facility not recommended at all

I have self storage with them for almost two years I have never had issues with them I fully recommend anyone who wants to put their stuff in safe place!!

I just had to drop in this note to say that I absolutely loved the way Cookes Storage handled all my storage requirements. The process was smooth and easy, plus they took extra effort to have our items picked right from the home to the storage spot. Dave ensured that services were prompt and timely. Within 2 hours our items were shifted from home to the storage space. While we relocated to our new home, Cookes Storage took care of our belongings.

I’ve been using Cooke’s storage for six months and I highly recommend their services. The storage units are clean, secure and easy to access. They offer the use of free trolleys too which always come in handy and they will also sign for deliveries sent straight to the unit if I’m not there. The staff at Cooke’s have been exceptional. In 14 years of running my own business I can honestly say that Deven and her team have provided the best customer service of any supplier I’ve worked with. They are attentive, diligent, efficient and friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cooke’s and I hope to use them again as my business grows

Really helpful staff who werw able to reccomend on size of container needed. I never remember anything so regular reminders by emails of when payments are due is great.

The Cookes Storage Team are truly helpful, there is always someone available when needed, also they are give great service with a clean and dry facility.

Very easy access to your storage unit. The area always kept nice and clean. Good opening times. Very warm welcome and helpful staff at hand to help you with all your needs.

They have recently tried to charge me for late payment even though I had paid but, other than that, it does what it says on the tin.
