Played a few other sites and never won anything. My 1st go on cookies and won £200 instant win. I messed up my bank details had a call from them within a few minutes to rectify my mistake and the money was sent straight over. I can not fault the service from them will definitely be playing again

Prices too high for prizes on offer
I know it's fairly new comp site but I closed my account with them, they have a long way to go before being able to compete with the big players, I thought the price of their comps were too high for the prizes they offered. Just my opinion

One thing we focus on is offering some of the best odds available, as we believe that’s just as important as the prizes themselves. While entry prices can vary, we do our best to strike a balance, some people prefer lots of low-cost entries, while others value lower odds with higher entry prices. We try to provide options to suit both. But our Prize to tickets ratio is some of the best in the industry.
But as you can see, we regularly have weekly and instant winners and are as transparent as we possibly can be.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve reviewed your account and can see you signed up on 29/08 and played 70 tickets in our £10k Heist competition, which has a total of 16,000 tickets. Unfortunately, not everyone can win, but we do have many winners each week, some have purchased hundreds of tickets, while others have spent just a few pounds and won prizes worth hundreds. The outcome is always completely random.
In regard to your comment that “something doesn’t seem 100%,” we want to reassure you that everything we do is fully transparent. Our instant wins are generated at random, and we have no control over which numbers are issued. You can also watch our live draws every Tuesday at 8pm, where many of our winners take part.
With regards to the site credit, this is normally credited immediately, so we’re sorry to hear there was a short delay in your case.
We’re sorry your first experience wasn’t what you hoped for, but we do appreciate you giving us a try. We wish you the best of luck in any future competitions.
